When Ralph Lauren determined that stale inventory levels at newly acquired CLUB MONACO had become a serious issue, PRG was brought in to provide a thorough solution that would maximize the asset value while maintaining the clients strong brand appeal.
The plan resulted in the implementation of an off site, branded Warehouse Sale Event, where recovery margins would be maximized by selling directly to the consumers in the clients largest market, all the while minimizing the effects on their on going business.

As one of Canada's largest distributors of expensive neck wear fashions, Mega found themselves with a dangerously high level of inventory after one of their top retail clients closed their doors.
